Bank Nizwa, represented by CEO Khalid Al Kayed, participated in an open session at the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) to discuss the bank’s financial performance, future strategy, and the global outlook of the Islamic finance sector.
Bank Nizwa recently participated as the lead partner in the 4th Governance and Ethics Board Conference (AGEB) held by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).

Held under the patronage of HE Said bin Saleh Al Kiyumi, Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the prestigious event discussed the theme ‘Sustainability Through Diversification’. A delegation from Bank Nizwa, led by CEO Khalid Al Kayed was on hand to share their insights and industry expertise with other financial experts from around the world during two days of interactive panel discussions and debates.
As part of its drive to promote human development in the Sultanate, Bank Nizwa has announced its support for the Special Olympics Oman Association’s team, which will participate in the upcoming Special Olympics World Winter Games 2017 in Austria. Inspiring hope, confidence and courage, the bank is empowering four Omani athletes to join their counterparts from 107 countries for one of the world’s largest sports events.
