In order to use the bank’s new Whatsapp banking service, a customer needs to add the Whatsapp banking number, +968 24 655 555, from his/ her registered mobile number to get started. Once added to the contact database, the customer can start a chat to get an immediate response. The new service supports making queries related to Bank Nizwa products and services 24*7, and from anywhere in Oman or abroad. The service also provides FAQs for all products, including bank account, credit/debit card, loans & financing, and vehicle takaful, among others.
