The offer is valid for transactions posted between 12 March 2025 and 12 May 2025 (offer period).
This offer is valid for all POS and e-commerce international transactions (eligible transactions). Disputed and reversed transactions will not be considered.
Transactions made only on Mastercard credit cards are eligible for this promotion and will be counted towards the cumulative spend achieved by the cardholder.
The total number of winners is capped at 364 and distributed across different tiers in relation to the minimum qualification target communicated to each target group. Winners will be selected based on top spenders with the highest volume of spend post meeting the minimum qualification threshold communicated through app and/or SMS.
Winners will be announced within 60 days from the end of the offer period.
For any reversals of eligible transactions, the bank has the right to claw back the full incentive amount rewarded to the customer based on those eligible transactions that were reversed.
Winners will receive the reward in the form of an electronic YOUGotaGift HappyYOU Card up to the value communicated through app and/or SMS.
The e-gift codes can be redeemed online on the Co-branded microsite.
The e-gift codes will be valid for a certain period. The validity is subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions.
The e-gift code can’t be returned, refunded, or replaced with cashback.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that their personal details provided to the bank are correct. Details such as mobile number and name should be updated with the bank on an ongoing basis.
The offer is NOT open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the bank, or any company or agent involved in the organization, management, or promotion of this campaign.
The bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend/add/modify/vary/cancel and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the bank’s cardholder and without any responsibility whatsoever on its part.
